London Pubcats is a pictorial tribute to the hardworking felines that provide furrily companionable, safely mouse-free environments for drinkers in the UK’s capital city.

The book introduce cat-lovers to prawn-guzzling Lily of the Anglesea Arms in Ravenscourt Park; cat-bride Billie of the Nags Head in Walthamstow; Japanese fan-favourite Lennie of the Pride of Spitalfields, off Brick Lane; beer-selecting rap fan Legz of the Charlotte Despard at Archway, and a great many more characterful pusses.

In words and pictures London Pubcats portrays 17 pubs and a cat cafe and their resident felines. Journalist Vicky Lane discovers the stories attached to the cats, their owners and the pubs.
